When we checked in to the 14th floor there was no soap or lotions (not a huge deal) and only one towel/wash cloth. This also put me paying the resort fee twice. We had to check out of the 16th floor room and check in to the 14th floor room at 11a.m.
We found the same room type available online so we reserved it. We wanted to remain in our original room but was told at the front desk there was nothing available, but to go online and check. Both floors had the same hot water issues. We stayed on the 16th floor the first night and decided to stay an additional night but had to move to the 14th floor. The room itself was nice, however there was little to no hot water. I’m gluten and dairy free but I found I could eat something in most all of the eatery’s. The casino was great as well as the restaurants. It was our first time ever at the casino so we were definitely out of our element. Cherokee | 0.07km from Soundsbytes Overall we had a great stay.
